It all began at the Powell Street Fish Market in Portland. Started by Frank Dulcich Sr. and his son Dominic, our store at this location has been providing fresh seafood to friends and families in Portland for over 65 years. Built around their love of seafood and a lot of hard work, Pacific Seafood was able to grow to what it is today.
