Frank Dominic Dulcich, a third generation company
leader, serves as president and CEO of Pacific Seafood Group, a
family-owned seafood company based in
Portland
,
Ore.
With more than 25 years
of industry experience, Dulcich has grown Pacific Seafood’s
distribution and processing capabilities to meet the demands of an
expanding customer base throughout the U.S. and the world.
Established in 1941
as a small, fresh seafood retail counter operation, Pacific
Seafood has become the best vertically integrated group of companies
in North America allowing for increased efficiencies throughout its
harvesting, aquaculture, processing, distribution and transportation
companies in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Idaho,
Montana, Texas, Arizona, Utah and British Columbia. Dulcich
developed the company’s Diamond Philosophy which guides the overall
business practices. The
Diamond Philosophy supports the Pacific Seafood’s main goal of
Operational Excellence. According to Dulcich, the company’s
continued growth is due to the “loyalty of Pacific Seafood’s
customers and the commitment of its team members to consistently do
their best and always strive to do better.”
Dulcich attended
Central
Catholic
High School
in
Portland
and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the
University
of
Portland
where he is currently a member of the Board of Regents.
A past Chairman and current member of the Young
Presidents’ Organization, he is also an active member of C.E.O. and
serves on the executive committee and board for the National Fisheries
Institute. Frank is an avid outdoorsman and regularly enjoys both
water and snow skiing. Philanthropy is one of Frank’s core values
and his personal giving spans a wide variety of charitable
organizations.
