Tim Horgan serves as the chief operating officer (COO) of Pacific Seafood Group where he is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities for the company as well managing the operations management for the family-owned seafood company based in Portland , Ore.   With over 34 years of experience in the seafood industry, Horgan has helped lead the growth of the company’s international and domestic sales, as well as the processing and procurement sales growth worldwide.

Prior to joining Pacific Seafood in 1994, Horgan served as president and CEO of Ocean Beauty, a Northwest seafood processing company.  During his 20 year tenure at Ocean Beauty, he was instrumental in expanding the company’s processing and sourcing capabilities.  Horgan is a third generation seafood processor from the coastal town of Astoria, Oregon.

Horgan earned a degree in business administration from the University of Oregon .  He currently resides in Portland with his family.
