We are looking for 4 experienced filletors for our processing room in Mukilteo Washington . This will be year around full time work with occasional over time. We will also consider someone with meat cutting experience. We offer good wages and great benefits.

Responsibilities:

o       Filleting various species of fish (salmon, halibut, cod, exotic fish, is not limited to)

o       Recording weights of fish.

o       Sanitation of the processing room.

o       Cutting orders to customer specifications.

o       Filling orders to customer quality needs.
