  All-Natural Gluten-Free Battered Seafood

  Starfish, an innovative value-added seafood company in the Seattle area, has rolled out a new line of all-natural gluten-free battered wild harvested seafood products. Three products - Gluten-Free Halibut, Cod & Haddock - were launched in August 2008.

I've been active and health-conscious my entire life and my first pregnancy has been no different. Because of this, I was initially confused and concerned with the information about seafood I received in my hospital's literature. After reading through everything, it came down to being careful to limit my intake of species that have more mercury, which I found is pretty easy to do. I was able to enjoy my favorite seafood throughout my pregnancy. I would encourage all women - especially mothers and prospective mothers - to look into the benefits seafood provides for you and your baby.
